Really? The 1994 cartoon really made me feel that Mufasa and Scar were brothers especially when Mufasa said “Scar, Brother! Help Me!” But in the 2019 Live Action version he didn’t say “brother”.

@ True! Very True! It took me like 3 years after I saw lion king for the first time to realize that it is a reimagining of William Shakespeare’s Hamlet and the Lion King II- Simba’s Pride is a modern day version of Romeo and Juliet. I wonder why Disney wanted to take a movie and almost make it a Shakespearean play. I love it!!!! I have always wondered and still consider Mufasa and Taka’s parents to be Ahadi and Uru and the Lion King 6 New Adventures Story Book called A Tale of Two Brothers really in my mind was canon. But hey at least we have fanfiction and your channel. 👍👍👍🦁
