This shows me just how little foreigners understand about America... I noticed many people commented on women's rights to abortion so let's clear some things up. There WAS NEVER, IS NOT, AND NEVER WILL be a federal law banning abortion. Roe v Wade was a decision that declared abortion a constitutional right and therefore no law could be made to impede on that right. That decision was reversed. ABORTION WAS NOT BANNED. The reversal of that decision gave the power back to the individual states to make their own decision and allowed the people to vote on the subject. Abortion is still very legal in most places. BTW, by the 8th week, there is both a heartbeat and brain activity. It is murder after that.
