Let's say it out openly, Serbia and Slovenia were key countries in terms of the techno development in the first part of the 2000s. I am still looking for the answer to that why the guys (Umek, Kanzyani, Nastic, Milisevic, etc.) could so much keep up with the western standards, where high-end studios and the knowledge was available more widely. If anyone knows the answer, let me know pls!
