Sleep paralysis is nothing like an alien abduction in the first few minutes or seconds you realize you cant move and are partially awake its happened to me long befor we had the internet where everyone today heard of sleep paralysis back when it first happened to me I figured it out after the initial wtf is going on after a few minutes or seconds not sure about length of time but after a calmed down i kinda knew i was half a sleep and partially awake i remember reading something years ago about how our bodies go paralized but we can partially wake up From REM sleep Rapid eye movement sleep our. Bodies do this paralysis to prevent us from hurting ourselves while in a deep dreaming sleep but the artical didnt call it sleep paralysis all it said was we are partiaĺly awake but cant move so laying there after a bit of time i knew it was this paralysis the artical was talking about and i managed to move my hand ever so slightly but enough for me to fully break free from that paralysis it was fresky and wont lie it was a bit scary at fist but i am a logical thinker and worked it out what happened so the next times it happened i knew instantly what and it did not feel like an alien abduction that bugs me when these so called exoerts say alien abduction is just sleep paralysis itd nothing like an abduction these abductees know itd not .SP ..Do you know all it takes to become an expert on any give subject is to go on a show like oprah and talk about a subject you know a bit about so the very next show you are on they introduce you as an expert yes i could not believe what i head on this documentary called experts or so calked exoerts go look that up and then remember talk shows introducing people as experts..well if i or you went on a show and talked about our sleep paralysis episodes then the very next time we are on any tv show or a radio show or podcast or they will call you an expert on the subject because you previously spoke on the tipic on a show at least one other time so next time you hear the person introduced as an exoert it comolete bullshit Google the persons name and they are probably a housewife a secretary a garbage man it crazy calling them experts it just sounds better ..Go look up the documentary EXPERTS and be prepared to laugh at what it takes to be concidered an exoert i couldn't believe what they said about these so callec ecperts .and these people know its not sleep paralysis they know if they were taken out of their bedroom and taken aboard a ship and to write them off as having a sleep paralysis episide its just that way to explain away their abduction which pisses me off
