I'm sorry if I'm writing all this in English, I don't know how to write in Spanish. Im American, but my father was from Spain, a small town called Galicia. My mom met him in Argentina. They came to the United States in 1964. I grew up speaking Spanish, but I was educated in America. I'm able to keep up with the novella, but sometimes, the people will say words I'm not familiar with. I wish I had the opportunity to go to Spain, so I could have learned the dialect better.

I love this novella. I wish I got to see it from the very first episode. Right now I'm watching everything I can. I'm upto Tristans' relationship with Gregoria, she's a nice doctor lady, that moved into the village, who's engaged to Tristan. Tristan is very confused and conflicted about his feelings with Gregoria and Pepa. He's still in love with Pepa, but since they still think they are brother and sister. The both of them have been trying to keep their relationship as such. That Olmo guy is a real bastard. But Dona Franscica has him squirming. She knows he killed Pepa's mother. Ageda. That was soo sad, I really liked that lady. She was going to marry Raymundo, but then Olmo pushed her out of the window. I think he paid off that investigator, to disappear. The one that started to really fall for Pepa. There's a few things going on, Emilia Castaneda, is going to have her baby soon. All the episodes I'm seeing now, are new to me. I used to watch this novella years ago, when Maria, Emilia's daughter was an adult. She was Married to Fernando, a marriage that Dona Franscica, arranged for her. I don't understand why though he wasn't to nice. I recently saw an episode where Dona Franscica offered Emilia, who is now working for her, to take care of her baby, in the event that something was to happen to her. In the later episodes, Dona Franscica is Maria's God mother. At least now I understand where that came from. There's this couple that live in Puente Viego, They work as pharmacists, but there's something very strange with these people. They seem to be hiding something. I think they're are imposters. They hired Paqito, but he's in a moral bind with these people right now. Mariana is very disappointed in him, she found out Paquito was having an affair with the Maria Christina who's married to Manuel.
