People r having amputations with Tylenol after. What they do is try to get what they think is pain medication on street and die because the pills are laced with fentanyl. Go after the cartel! Local law enforcement in counties like in NY state need to do more to arrest and prosecute local drug dealers that are dealing fentanyl laced drugs. I lost a son in 2023 to Drug Induced Homicide. The detective on my son's murder that's what it is murder! Told me it's nearly impossible to arrest and get a conviction on the dealer that supplied the drug drug that killed my son. That's not an exceptable answer. What can we do as a community to get these investigaters to do there part to stop the dealer at the local level. It's very frustrating to the people that have lost a loved one to the fentanyl crisis.
