Like stepping on coal like when you burn yourself in a stove how quick your body reacts to remove itself unconsciously like an automatic response that is how quick you need to strike with sense of security and assurance without with no hesitation...because you inherently know the strike the power of your strike and it's effective. We are going to work on seeing yourself as an element a reactive element not just a mere walking human being but a walking vessel of all elements combined that has mastery over them and it's sensations.
