I have the model KDI-03-23 ELECTRIC HEATER UNIT....I need the power supply board....can I get it and how much?

How many people have returned this because of the top drawer not being very functional. No wonder why on all those videos they refuse to show the inside of the drawers

Beautiful piece of furniture! Wish it came with the doors! Mine were missing and they won’t send me the doors. I even asked if they could send a new fireplace and I would return this one! Wry unsatisfied with their customer service!!

I carelessly set down a cleaning product on my beautiful bathroom marble counter. I’m just sick, I can’t leave it like this. I just ordered this, so I haven’t tried it out yet. For those that keep asking, it’s a kit, $72.00. It has many good reviews with pictures.

My fireplace doesn't work

I purchased this fireplace cabinet. Was very easy to put together it took about an 1 1/2 hours working at a slow pace. The fireplace heater works very good. Looks beautiful in my bedroom. Gives off a warm cozy feeling. Searched fireplace size and prices on internet and found this product to be very reasonably price at Menards on sale. So very happy with it.

So this fire doesn’t flash fire when turn it on?

Heater could be better when i put it on 74 or 75 it barely turns on and barely heats so i gotta put it on like 84 or 85 then it heats the room

I saw this at Lowe’s and laughed at how cheap it looks… We got a 30 inch grey wood look with quartz countertop to replace our old utility sink for only $100 more than this on sale at Lowe’s…..

I planned to buy a Greentouch fireplace until I discovered that they have an 'F' rating by the Better Business Bureau. They act like they are addressing your problems but rarely actually fix anything and parts are never in stock.

I wonder if this is the actual fame and pattern or if this is enhanced.

I am trying to purchase a replacement heater unit for this model. It stopped working. You never answer your phone calls, even during business hours. You don't return phone calls. What's up with that?

Used this fireplace lightly for about two winters. Now the heater stopped working. All else is functional, no error code, and even shows the temp I want to set at. But just blows cold air. I assume something went wrong with one of the elements of the little circuit board. Some kind of thermal switch or thingamajig. But it's way above my skillset. And yea, like all else who posted on here, getting a replacement heating unit seems to be impossible. But I do have my owner's manual with the phone number. Followed the instructions of leaving a message. That apparently does no good. Should have paid a little extra from my locally, privately owned store. Don't know if it would make a difference, but at least I would have a real person to address my issue. F*ck you Lowes.

Seems that the company does not respond to emails or have anything on their site where you can order the replacement part as shown in the video. Was very happy with it when it worked. We have had it for a little over 2 years and liked it but now it will not even turn on whether using the remote or buttons on the heater. It has electric so something wrong with connection inside unit. Would gladly buy heater and replace since it is simple to do. Can not find part.

What does the E1 mean

I could not get a replacement. So, I took it a part and found broken solder under the circuit board where a relay was attached. Works great.

If anyone is getting an E1 error because the heater will only run for a few minutes. Save yourself some money and fix the heater yourself. I just fixed one for 30 cents by replacing the thermal cutoff switch. Seeing that you can't get a replacement heater for this.

Impossible to find that heater. I've called and email everywhere trying to replace that part.
