@@one.polaris323 China Southern left this frame in storage at VCV. Never entered service. Boeing eventually seized this frame and remarketed it to Ethiopian Airlines as ET-BBG in December 2024.

The one that got destroyed is the bigger version of this with 6 engines - the Antonov 225 aka Mriya. This is its slightly smaller sibling with 4 engines the AN124

I personally hated the old livery. It was very unpleasing to look at with the unnecessary amount of gold colour they used. The new one is light years better as it contains the perfect amount of gold colouring and the font is also spot on. Shoutout to Bahrain 🙌🙌

That plane will probably haul freight from Hell to Breakfast for the next 30 to 40 years.....IF..... they don't wreck it !!!! Notice the 6 777X's sitting in the background without engines, waiting for the FAA to get off their Butts and get the certification done ????

I flew this exact plane yesterday from Warsaw Poland to JFK New York. While boarding I couldn't help but notice the beautiful artwork on this plane. So I memorized the registration # along side of the plane, knowing I would find info online about it. This is really cool seeing it's very first take off right from where it was built.
