Decent but when “pulling the yarn loop” it was confusing and the “continue to chain” and waiting for the pattern was what made it hard to follow
@FAME_ART
@FAME_ART 22 сағат бұрын
Thank you for your feedback! I understand that the 'pulling the yarn loop' part might seem a bit tricky. This step is where I work on one side of the chain to make half the leaf, then pull the loop to the other side of the chain to complete the leaf. Since the video is sped up, it might be a bit hard to follow, but you can slow down the video using the playback speed settings and zoom in for a clearer view. I hope this helps, and feel free to ask if you have more questions!

As someone who was struggling with the FLO/BLO stitches in bulky yarn (I'm working with #6 plush yarn), I highly recommend putting a stitch marker in the back loop of the stitch you FLO stitch into. It makes finding the back loop SO much easier when you wrap back around. I didn't do that for the ears and I was really struggling to see if I had the right loop. The feet were a lot easier to do once I used a stitch marker. Thank you so much for your tutorial! The visuals made the popcorn/bobble stitch a lot easier to understand 😊

Very cute, thank you for the tutorial!! Can i ask what yarn brand did you use? I'm thinking of buying DMC's Happy Chenille, but I'm scared I won't be able to see the stiches...
@FAME_ART
@FAME_ART 5 күн бұрын
Thank you for your kind words! I used a chenille yarn from an Indian brand called NestNHaven. I’m not familiar with DMC’s Happy Chenille, but I understand that some chenille yarns can make stitches harder to see. If you're worried about visibility, you might want to try a lighter-coloured yarn, as darker colours can make stitches more challenging to distinguish. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your observation! The row numbers (127-135) are the same because I was finishing the project. Round 127 is done in green yarn, and during this process, I showed how to cut off the brown yarn and hide it inside the body as part of the color change process. After that, I continued with Round 128 in green yarn. I hope this clears up the confusion! Let me know if you have more questions.

Hello! For Round 2: Work 1 single crochet, then an increase, followed by another 1 single crochet. After that, repeat (increase, 1 single crochet) 5 times. By the end of Round 2, you should have 14 stitches in total. R2. 1sc,inc,1sc (inc)×5 . [14st] I hope this helps! Let me know if you need further clarification.

Thank you for pointing this out! There was a small mistake in the video for Round 9. I’m sorry I’m really confused on the start of the head where it’s 3 sc in the slip not st
@FAME_ART
@FAME_ART 13 күн бұрын
Thank you for your comment! Let me explain the starting pattern for the head: 1. Start with a slip knot and chain 4. 2. In the 2nd chain from the hook, make an increase (2 single crochets). 3. In the next chain, make 1 single crochet. 4. In the last chain (slip knot stitch), make 3 single crochets (this creates a curve for the round). 5. Now, work along the other side of the chain: make 1 single crochet in the next stitch and 1 single crochet in the last stitch, where you previously made the increase. This completes Round 1, and you should have a total of 8 stitches. You can watch this section of the video closely, or slow it down for better understanding. Let me know if you have any more questions!

very much enjoying the pattern so far, but noticed that at the back of the face cutting the yarn leaves a lot of ends that are too short to sew in and secure them, has unravelling been an issue for anyone, it hasent yet for me but it is a concern. Is it necessary to cut the yarn or if you make sure there is some the yarn at the back is a little loose wouls that still work?
@FAME_ART
@FAME_ART 13 күн бұрын
Thank you for your feedback and kind words! In the video, I ensure to cut only long yarn ends for securing and finishing, and I haven't received any issues regarding yarn unraveling so far. The chenille yarn I used has a texture that naturally prevents unraveling. If you'd prefer not to cut the yarn, you can definitely leave it as is-it will work just as well. I chose to cut and secure the yarn for a cleaner finishing look, as crossing the yarn from one side to the other can affect the appearance when stuffing the face. I hope this helps, and happy crocheting!

@FAME_ART 16 күн бұрын
Thank you for your comment! It's totally a personal preference whether to use a stitch marker pin or a yarn marker. I personally prefer a yarn marker as it makes counting the rounds easier for me. However, both work well, and the key is to use what you're most comfortable with. If you're still having trouble, try slowing down the video and double-checking your stitch count at the end of each round. Let me know if I can help further!

Thank you for your question! Let me clarify: In Round 6, the 5 slip stitches are not included in the total stitch count because they are meant to be left for the tail in the next round. The total stitch count for Round 6, excluding those slip stitches, is 28 stitches as mentioned in the pattern. I hope this clears up the confusion!

Hi! Thank you so much for loving the loaf dog! It sounds like the stuffing might be the key here. Try filling it with very small amounts of fiber at a time and distribute it evenly. Overstuffing or uneven stuffing can sometimes change the shape, especially in delicate areas like the face. Also, shaping it gently with your fingers after stuffing can help achieve the desired look. I hope this helps, and feel free to share how it turns out!

Thank you so much for your kind words! When making the ears, I inserted the hook into the double crochet top back stitch to make the slip stitch, which helps keep the stitches neat and aligned. For the loaf cat, I used chunky chenille yarn, which gives it a soft and plush feel. Using chunky yarn also makes it larger and extra cuddly! If you'd like a smaller size, you could go with a medium-weight yarn (like weight 4), but keep in mind the final size will be different. Hope this helps.
