There's about four of your picks I haven't seen yet but all the others are cracking films, some more than others but all worth watching. I was always stuck in my ways. Born in 72 so the 80's was my horror decade and loved it along with the 70's stuff and never branched out much beyond the early 2000's but I've really caught up and there have been so many great horror films since then especially in the last couple of years with a few decent remakes and some brilliant new films. Examples being ; The First Omen, In a Violent Nature, MaXXXine, Longlegs, Speak No Evil (Original and remake worth watching), The Substance (Watched it last night and what a wild ride), Infinity Pool, The Wrath of Becky (Love the two Becky films) The Passenger, Strange Darling, When Evil Lurks, Suitable Flesh, Late Night with the Devil and many others(Thought I'd best stop) Some are maybe more of a thriller but they have some gore and Shocks. It's been great being a Horror fan in the last few years.

@@BillsOldandNewGaming You can’t beat 70’s & 80’s to be fair. Phenomenal decades for the horror genre. Theres plenty I didn’t mention too for the modern era. I’m planning on watching The Substance (heard it’s really great) and Strange Darling later this week. I have Long Legs ordered but HMV are waiting on the stock apparently. Damn I forgot to mention The Black coats Daughter also known as February. In a Violent nature was interesting but I didn’t like the final ten minutes.

Excellent list of films,Leigh Whannell was the star in the first Saw,X is my favorite out of the trilogy, really enjoyed Ready Or Not,enjoyed both It films, Abigail is a great laugh..Evil Dead Rise was directed by an irishman..😊

Does the included Blu-ray on Nightmare on Elm Street have the new 4K transfer, or is it the same blu-ray that's already been out? Sometimes they don't put the new transfer on the included blu-ray for some reason.

I’m not actually sure because it doesn’t state so in the J card. The disk looks identical to the old Blu-ray.

Always frustrating to discover the footage you thought had recorded hasn't or has problems with the audio etc. I think i told you before but paying up front for physical media and waiting for it to release really vexes me so i don't do it and take my chances with Amazon instead that only debits your account when the item actually ships. Paying for the killer 🤡 movie and waiting over a year would send me nuclear! 👍😁😎

I can't compare The Fly original or black xmas remake as I've not seen those two versions but I agree with everything other than maybe night of the living dead as I've not seen the remake enough to decide but enjoy them both. I think there's definitely a part two you could do and a part 3 with films like NOES, Piranha, Fright Night, the omen and I spit on your grave amongst many others but the ones you have picked for this one I can definitely see value if someone picked the other version as there are some great remakes whereas some of the ones you haven't included are pretty obvious which ones most people prefer.

I’m thinking of doing the bad ones as their own video. I deliberately left off the 2010 Elm St remake for that reason. I may have to watch some again to refresh myself. I haven’t seen the I spit on your grave remake yet I don’t own it either.

@@skincrawlers2510 The I spit remake and sequels are pretty brutal at times. Much nastier than the original which for its time was obviously controversial. Remake and its sequel are worth watching for sheer nastiness. I quite enjoyed them.

I loved it but they've created a big problem with these movies now and that is the fact they are basically unwatchable unless Art is on the screen. The filler scenes in this one were hard to watch imo, 3 films in and still none the wiser of the bigger picture. Still, I'll be there for part 4.

The story is practically non existent. Some more exploration into Art’s origins would be super interesting. I suppose the creators know at the moment people are going to watch regardless. Still something storyline wise would be good.

Actually, the Umbrella blurays are usually region free. It says region B but are region free. Every Umbrella blu I have plays on my region A player.
