Haha I actually use my wireless GameCube controller every time I play. Its great for playing on a TV, just need a wireless keyboard on the side for chat. For anyone wondering how, use AntiMicroX to map the controller buttons to keyboard keys. I use left stick for moving, C stick for moving the mouse, A is delete, B is control, start is F8, and the triggers are left click. Mouse sensitivity can be adjusted. The rest of the buttons can be set to tab, shift+tab, page up/down, home, end, and alt as you see fit. And yes, TTR does have built-in controller support in settings, but I don't like the way they map the buttons for GameCube controllers.

Yes, rewritten is made to be more of the vanilla version, meant to keep the game closely the same as TT Online. TTCC does stuff different which is still cool as well.

I think that folks take SUCH a harsh line on purposeful greening because the game, on it's face, is designed for children. And harming children, even in such an insubstantial and transient way, seems EEEEEEEVIL. And I'll be honest--if you've got a pre-teen, they likely will take being actively greened far more seriously, and be upset for far longer, than someone with a bit more emotional armor. I play TTR much differently than I do Diablo 4; I usually won't go out of my way to help someone in D4 but very often do in TT. I want the young'uns to have a positive experience, and I assume that most of the players are young, so my attitude & behaviors change.

Rewritten is for classics/ vanilla players. And corporate clash is for people who want basically a new and improved Toontown. I actually like corporate clash because when I was playing Toontown online as a kid I never got that far because it was very grindy. I'm actually getting sort of far in this game so I get to learn about the old story and the new story. Without having to grind so much I don't have as much time as a kid anymore.

@@cavennguyen you may be at a point where you can't advance any further for a while. Take a couple of them, then see if any progression tasks come up after you finish the JfF ones. (I personally prefer JfF tasks that give a permanent reward, like a clothing ticket or something--but a big head for a day is also pretty swank!!)
