Put some kefir on the bottom and pour full fat milk on top close it and keep in the dark warm place for 48 hours

I think you mix some kefir with milk, and let it ferment. The active bacteria that create kefir grains are still in the drink. So you can make grains that way

@@fjallabrjotur yeah, maybe a week later I bought my last bottle of kefir and have since been making my own. I always keep a little and just keep growing it off it
