You left out the Archipelago. For shame. Especially with how much Ashikai uses "Ariel's Footprint" in her videos.

Sumeru music is unbeatable. Nothing else in this game compares and I highly doubt anything else ever will. Other than Sumeru, I really love Fontaine as well. It seems Natlan is on its way to be my third favorite based on the teaser we got, so I’m excited for it!

I am someone who usually plays without sound(except for archon and story quests),thanks for the video because of which I learned genshin has so many musics in the background,which encourages me to play with sound on!
@okkotsu_ismamКүн бұрын
This playlist is so good, but imo the inazuma soundtracks are the best, imagine you get to know an unknown region for the first time and the aesthetics are beautiful and there are swords and samurais then a cool and peaceful music starts to play but as soon as you dig deep you see that nation's leader Raiden Shogun is evil but actually she isnt and then there Miko and Hanachirosato , Their themes are one of the best themes and my favorite is the whole Inazuma Album by Yung Peng Chun

This bring nostalgia so much! I remember starting the first time and be amazed with the music because we can't lie, it's ethereal. I used to to run/walk through different parts of Mondstadt and Liyue (before Inazuma) and just stop to listen the music. Same thing with the rest of the regions, going in and listening just like the Port Ormos ost. This one slaps hard.
@hanaawuКүн бұрын
Sorry for not including Port Ormos lmao. Thanks for the comment

I like the tension-piano theme based on Forlorn Child of Archaic Winds better as a standalone piece of music than the source, though this video is more about the pure memory of journey. The animations here are exquisite.

I always find videos that take a deeper look at music so fun to watch, especially when it's something like genshin! I'm a band kid, and this kind of stuff always interests me, even when I don't stop to notice it at first. Very fun to watch :D

Admittedly, I was a bit lost watching this. I grew up playing a musical instrument, but I never put much thought into the time signatures, their significance in the pieces I played, and the composer's intention with them (I was just trying to count them correctly and not miss my entrances lol). I never realized the impact of odd time signatures in creating tension, and the usage of the fibonaaci sequence in Gilded Runner had to be one of the coolest things I've seen in a video game soundtrack so far (I haven't experienced much unfortunately, but there's one!). Enjoyed the video. Very pleasant surprise :)

Still remember why I started playing genshin impact since 2020. I want to be stronger just to help her adventure the game, but end up she stop playing a few months later because genshin keeps increasing their gb and her mobile can't support the storage.

nothing will ever top the mysterious vibe of Sumeru music and the tragic vibe of Furina's and Neuvillette's story in Fontaine. I hope Natlan will deliver good music too.

Нечего так сильно не запоминается вместе с воспоминаниями как музыка. Музыка и сама даёт тебе эти воспоминания и становится единым целым с ним от чего чувства от этих воспоминаний становятся только сильнее....черт возьми я плачу

player since 2020 (ver 1.1) and this might be the best fan selection of genshin ost I've listened to! would've loved it more if hustle and bustle of port ormos made it to the list bcs it was just a phenomenon when 3.0 dropped hehe
