I love this whole game, but Necluda is easily my favorite region. It feels like the Shire, or like a Studio Ghibli film -- like coming home, somewhere you would've _loved_ to grow up in. Humble, simple, content farm life, with rolling green hills, balmy seaside weather, and farmers markets.

I see a lot of people here love Zora's Domain and Rito Village the most, but does anyone else here love Hateno Village the most, like I do? It's even cozier to me than the others -- exactly the sort of place I imagine it would be idyllic to grow up in. It's like the Shire. A simple life, farming and eating fresh food, and running and playing in the surrounding green hills and forests and ocean.

This is exactly what I needed. <3 Makes me feel like a carefree kid again, watching my parents take turns playing through the Sacred Grove when I was still too young to play myself. My dad would always help my mom with the statue puzzle, and we would always helpfully point out the glowing bug, and make trumpet noises as we cheered for the imp. So, so in love. Twilight Princess will always be the best thing in the world to me.
