Hello everybody, I really like the Japanese tea ceremony, especially the omotesenke style. Can I tell you all about your experience enjoying tea at the Japanese tea ceremony? Please share your experience through my comments.
Can we use chagama for cooking rice as well? By the way can you make video about tetsubin, or maybe visit other tetsubin workshops and stores please! Arigatougozaimasta!!!

In principle, it is an iron kettle, so of course it can cook rice. However, the general design of the Chagama is not suitable for cooking rice. As for the tetsubin, unfortunately there are no plans at this time to make a video on this channel.🙏

Hello, could you please show the inside of the kettle. I would love to see if my kettle at home can cook rice, because I am using it to cook water for tea only.

An iron kettle that can boil water can also cook rice. The difference in design is that the lid of the kettle is larger and the height can be adjusted to keep it away from the charcoal fire.
