After 45 minutes of repeatedly drop connection, I finally set it up but Alexa said the virtual therapist service is "under maintenance". What a waste of time!

I would like to permanently disable the bluetooth. It keeps connecting to my tv when I want the tv to connect to my headset. I turn bluetooth off in the settings on the chair, but that only works for a little while, then it turns back on by itself. Is there a plug I can unplug to accomplish this?

This video is excellent for learning how to take off the sides, but here's two things. One, you don't have to take off the calf massager to take off the sides, you just have to raise it. Two, once you take off the sides, you reduce the width to 25 inches so there is no need to turn the chair on its side to fit it through the door. In fact, if you turn it on its side, you're going to being trying to get the height of the chair which I believe is 41 inches, through the doorway which won't work. That being said, the information for taking off the sides is invaluable..

The word 'height' is pronounced 'heit'.

TIP: I wound up attaching the dolly to the chair with straps (and added some padding at the bottom) *BEFORE* tipping it. It kept the dolly from slipping and was probably a bit safer. I did have to do a little adjusting with the chair on the dolly once I got it tipped.
