Went through this but "Raspberry Pi 5 constantly cuts out in flutter devices list in my Windows PC, so I can't ever run an app on my Raspberry pi 5. Any ideas why?

Do we not need to use snapp_installer like in previous tutorials on your channel ? Is flutter expected to be installed on the board already ?

I'm getting this error when I run the command dart pub global activate snapp_cli "../../AppData/Local/Pub/Cache/hosted/pub.dev/pinenacl-0.5.1/lib/api/api.dart:90:12: Error: Method not found: 'UnmodifiableUint8ListView'. return UnmodifiableUint8ListView(Uint8List.fromList(data.toList())); "

Como ninguém me respondeu venho explicar oque tive que fazer, fiz o downgrade da versão do flutter e do dart e voltou a funcionar, a nova versão lançada esse mes esta quebrada

We fixed this issue on the latest version of the snapp cli You can now use snapp cli with latest flutter version

Is there special about user "pi". I used other user name and now it just start in console mode and nothing else happen. I guess I will redo everything with "pi" user then.

Hey BrianChu888, in fact there is nothing special about the username "pi". It is just the standard name Raspberry Pi OS will use when you do not set any particular name. The important thing in this setup is that you enter the username which is used on your Raspberry Pi. If you did not change anything during the setup it will be "pi"

Hey i have setup my rpi 5 device. Its is showing in device list. But when i run "flutter run -d pi-5" its shows "Launching lib/main.dart on Raspberry Pi 5 in debug mode..." and stucks there for so long without opening app in rpi5. Could you please tell me what could be the reason? Thanks in advance.

In the latest version, we improved the running app it will probably take about 30 second or 1 min

Hey I have rpi5, I have configured devices. Rpi 5 is showing when i run flutter devices. But when I run flutter run -d pi-5. Its starts as "Launching lib/main.dart on Raspberry Pi 5 in debug mode..." and stucks there for so long.. Could you please tell me what I missed. Thanks in advance.
