This is my Uncle Cleo. He's my grandfather, Palmer Holden Sr's little brother. He used 2 come over my grandparent's house all the time. They were 4rm Natchitoches, Louisiana & relocated 2 California in the mid 40's. They lived in Compton @ first & then moved 2 Los Angeles. I know that when they moved here, they had form a group. Not sure of the name or how lomg it lasted because my grandfather never talked aboht it. I was told about them having a group when I was in my early 20's & that's when I learned that my Uncle Cleo could play the guitar & sing. My grandfather played the guitar, the harmonica, & sang as well. Never knew that my uncle ever made any records. His grandson also named Cleo Page is an actor & is in a few movies & has been in a few tv shows. My Uncle Cleo passed when I was 9yrs old of cancer & was a pastor if I remember correctly & my grandfather was the first born in 1922 & passed away Sept 25, 2006 he was retired diesel mechanic 4 Roadway.

I made a cassette tape of this album that my college roommate had in 1971. It was one of my prized posessions, dragged it from Louisiana to Texas, California, Iowa, Canada and back to Iowa I think I might still have it, but haven't needed now that I can pull it up on KZbin.
