Don't need to be nowhere close to being a Millionaire to run a Jet Car Program, there Exhibition Vehicles, they get Paid to put on a show. Now if you wanna run Professional Top Fuel Dragsters or Funny Cars, then Yes, being a Millionaire would be very beneficial. Jet Cars are Cheap to run compared to Nitromethane burning Monsters.

They are probably just as fast as a European top fuel.

This is because jet engines don't have a drive shaft. Jets are bad at acceleration but have a much greater top speed, if of course they were allowed to go that fast.

The fire and plume is half the fun of watching. The other half is feeling like getting kicked in the chest when the afterburner pops, if you're there in person.

That's why there Exhibition Vehicles, The Fire and Smoke is all part of the Show for the Fans along with the Afterburner Pops. I've been watching All forms or Drag Racing my whole life, in Person, Top Fuel Dragsters, Funny Cars, Pro Stock, and every Class in the Sportsmen ranks, Along with my own 275 Radial Car, But i Still Love Watching the Jet Cars, actually there one of my Favorites, ever since i first seen them in real life when i was probably 4 or 5 years old, at the Old Connecticut Dragway, Which shut down in the Early 80,s i believe. I always remember seeing the Green Monster, and especially the Eastern Raider Team of Jet Cars from CT, the Hanna Family. To This day in my Mid 40,s i Still Love Watching the Jet Dragsters and Funny Cars. Even the Semi Trucks. Seen Shockwave many times too, it's a such a shame of what just happened to the Darnell Family this past weekend. My condolences go out to the Shockwave Team and Family, I've actually just Seen them last season at Lebanon Valley Dragway for there Night of Fire, or i think it was called NY Jet Wars this time. Met Chris Darnell there, Very nice guy. It's so sad to ever see a tragic Accident like that, But i know that when it's my time to leave this life, i would Love to go doing something I've always loved doing.
