Many of the builders do not input most of thier spec homes on the MLS as they know they have a sales office in the area that is in the MLS. Another reason is that many houses fall out of contract and come back on the market and the builders call us to let us know that they have special incentives on such houses. Thos houses usually do not hit the market as they go fast. :) Thank you super much for watching!

It would be awesome if they string lights in the Mesilla courtyard have mexican bands on the weekend also a farmers market. upgrad some of the buildings paint with nice mexican color . it needs some life .great video. thanks
