Hey Douglas I'm starting up and have been looking to buy pre appointment leads but my manager says I need to make sure there approved by the BBB do you sell or have a recommendation of BBB certified lead source(s)

@@001zack Your manager is manipulating you. We have an A+ rating by the BBB however, any business can have that if they just pay the BBB each year for the membership. We have it because it looks kool on our website lol

What are your thoughts on SBLI having a 24 month commission charge back policy if the client were to pass away in that time frame? Do you still recommend writing them with that risk?

Between that and the <full chargeback if the client doesn't make a 3rd payment> I ONLY suggest writing them if you really don't have another choice. We still write them and I do have agents who write a lot of them on our Pre-Set Appointments platform. Some agents write them almost daily!

👋🏾 Hi! Is an open release policy needed for an independent agent too?❓️❓️❓️ I am looking at a company called Tidewater marketing Indurance group. They said they don't sign contracts and that all contracts are through the carriers they have. I did ask and they said they simply do not have a contract with Independant agents. THEREFORE, a release is easy as long as the agent does'nt owe money. I want to make sure i am not being lied to before signing up. The company have great reviews from agents; however, there are about 3 agents who had release issues. However, i dont know were those captive agents or independent agents as they did not specify their connection to the company.

Yeah ok. Life insurance is really only good for those with families. If you don't have someone that depends on you financially for survival you don't need life insurance and has you get older when you should drop it entirely since life insurance gets expensive, and you should have a nest egg that will pay for your funeral and your significant other can life the next few years comfortable off of what you guys have saved for retirement. You want to build trust start with that. Oh and don't bother with whole life insurance. You really should only be getting term life insurance.
