I've been trying castor oil and love the result so far. My hair definitely look full and thick and I don't even apply it everyday. I apply it on wash day and spray hair with tap water at least once a day. Hair has never looked so great. I think the castor oil doesn't grow hair by itself but it helps to create the right condition for the hair to grow. Same thing I guess.

i do not use the onion only the onion peels. at the supermarket there is so many onion peels at the bottom of the onion box which holds the onions n peels. the onion peels are free.
