@@thefutureh we don’t purchase any more from VR Performance due to their BBB complaints and the thousands of complaints on the forums about their customer service. We didn’t believe it until we had major issues with them ourselves, which they didn’t care to resolve. Now we don’t use any of their products anymore. We don’t care to use or test products from brands like theirs. Especially, when there’s other brands out there like BoostLogic, Speed By Design or AMS that go above and beyond for their customers. On the positive side, I’m happy to hear you’re happy with their exhaust system, because I know it’s expensive. It’s cool that it has that Goldzilla scream effect, too. 😅👊🏼

@@C6GS Z32 🤤 I miss mine. That was the first car I owned that made be feel like I was in a “fighter jet”. In terms of the GTR, I don’t regret my decision to buy one, but the M3 is a much better option when you remove the “mythical-ness” part of the GTR. Especially if you’re not planning on spending a lot of money to build a GTR, the M3 is a much better choice. If you end up with a GTR, I think the cool factor alone would make you not regret your purchase. 😅

​@@MichaelBertini Should get another! I still have my '94 slicktop that I'm twin turbo swapping, will never part with this car. Parted out a '90 twin turbo to make it happen. That fighter jet feeling is definitely my favorite part of these cars. Overall, I'm leaning towards the GTR for the sole fact of it'd be cool having 2 twin turbo V6 Nissans parked next to each other. Aside from the dream aspect, biggest downside with the BMW is the depreciation they have. GTRs have a strong used market holding pretty steady, so could always sell for close to same price to go another route. Don't feel you'll get that with the G80/82. But having a 'toy' with a warranty would definitely be nice.

@@C6GS I’m now looking. 😂 I had a 1990 300zx Twin Turbo in red, but I’ve always wanted a white one. Yours is going to be wild after that swap. I agree with you about depreciation. The BMW M series drop hard. The GTRs are steady or climbing.

@@MichaelBertini Definitely be cool to see one on the channel! I feel they were always under rated since they never got the attention the Supra did, and are honestly forgotten about a lot of times. Would love to see somebody making videos with one. One I parted out was a red 1990 Twin Turbo as well. Few videos (old mobile phone quality) on my channel from 10+ years ago of that car. Didn't see a reason to have 2 Z32s, and always wished the Slicktop came Twin Turbo in the states. So pulled everything good off the '90, and sold the bare shell last year. GTR will probably be what I end up with. Wanting either a '15+ black edition, or '17+ premium. Just waiting on my Corvette to sell, then I'll start hunting - hopefully sometime next year. Have a few friends with GTRs, so have a fair idea what they're like. But as you also said, not many go in depth with the flaws / reality of them. Worst case, sell it, and order a M car.

@@b0shica I can’t speak to the S model, but on the JCW we had seen a 23hp bump and 22tq. There’s dozens of others on the forums who have posted their dyno numbers for their JCW’s as well. Of course, pricing is relative, but for $1,095 USD, plus the discount code for 10% off, that’s a good HP/TQ ratio to dollar. The engine bay looks much better and the sounds. 🤤

@@MichaelBertini It will give you more HP if and only if you do a Stage 1 remap and that is also a few hundreds of dollars / euros. That was my whole point. Out of the box, will offer you almost nothing beside sound. The same if you change Intercooler and other parts. Without with a stage 1 remap, at least, it will be equal to 0. This should be mentioned as well. It's also mentioned on their website. I do not hate or anything. When I started doing mods for mine, nothing could be felt until the Stage 1 remap. :) Adding more different "mods" without adjusting or doing the remap, does not makes the car feel very different. With a stage 1 remap for example, on mine with intercooler, this and one other mods, did like 27 more bhp with a remap(22 extra beside what the remap could give me with a stock one). Without any remap I had like 3 extra hp. Maybe it's because it's LCI 2 and automatic, do not know exactly.

@@MBAM95 you should be fine without replacing the chain, but you’re giving yourself very little room for chain adjustment in the future with chain stretch. Although, the 120 links might further help with reducing wheelies, since the tire will sit further back.

@@MichaelBertini Good point. But sadly Brocks doesnt offer same chain the one you listed. They have EK Chain 525 ZVX3 Series ZX-Ring Chain 120 Link Gold. Would this be a good choice? Chain naming is confusing tbh
