We had a pretty bad experience at this place. The starting meal of the day breakfast and it was complementary. Horrible service. They will have extremely limited options. Then food will get over. They behave rude. The tables were dirty with flies. Since it was complementary, they will not even ask again what one needs. The person was reluctant to say what’s there so that we do not order much. They used the same bowl to serve sambar and the sabzi to have with puri. They have no sense of time, every time their breakfast , lunch dinner will be delayed by at least 1.5 hrs. They know people will not be able to walk to the restaurant bcz of the muddy road, so they will charge you 10% extra if you order food in your room. We had pet with us, he had to suffer. We had requested for leg piece and they assured they will give, while delivering they gave something else. My pet does not eat anything other than leg piece. Though their website mention there is wifi, there was not any. It does not work. Water collects during rain and we had a tough time going out. Photos below. While exiting , no one came to help us with the luggage.

ব্যাপারটা একদমই তাই নয়, আসলে একের পর এক একসাথে অনেক কমেন্ট যখন জমা হয়ে পড়ে তখন প্রত্যেকটি ধরে ধরে উত্তর দেওয়া হয়ে ওঠে না। প্রত্যেকটি কমেন্টই আমি পড়ে থাকি। কিন্তু আমি সর্বদাই চেষ্টা করি আপনাদের প্রত্যেকটি মূল্যবান মন্তব্যের উত্তর দেওয়ার।

আমার February 2025 এ Tawang tour এর পরিকল্পনা আছে। মূখ্য উদ্দেশ্য বরফ দেখা। 2 /2/25(Sunday) Guwahati arrival at 10:30 hrs by Saraighat Exp. Same day তে বেলা ১২:০০ নাগাদ ভালুকপঙের উদ্দেশ্যে start করে যাবার পরিকল্পনা করেছি যাতে N/Halt টা ভালুকপঙে করতে পারি। Next day (3/2/25 Monday) আমাদের plan আপনার যেমন ছিল ঠিক অনুরূপ ভাবেই করার ইচ্ছা। দিরাং পৌঁছে Sight seeing, N/Halt. Nxt day i.e 4/2/25 Tuesday, Dirang to Tawang via Sela Pass, Yasvantgarh Memorial etc....বাকী আপনার guidance অনুসারেই। Kindly একটু জানাবেন যে ঐ সময়ের tour কেমন হবে। Value for money পাব কি না। অনুরোধ রইল।🙏🙏

We recently visited this place on 12 July 2024, the overall experience is very very bad and we have never experienced this before. They have not done any type of maintenance under the campus and everywhere we can see garbage and junk. Even the dining place is very bad, stinky smell is coming from there. The food quality is worst and they have also served us expired fish and meat for which 13 members of our team have gotten sick. The place of the Rain dance is very dirty and they have not even cleaned it up and they are charging 400/- per hour for it, the stage is broken and no one can celebrate there. Starting from Morning's Tea with breakfast, lunch and Dinner, literally the food is bad. The rooms were not even cleaned when we arrived there, there were Lizards, spiders and venomous insects in the room which they have not taken care of. Everything that you see or heard about this place in social media or KZbin is literally a scam and everyone is trapped in this, So please avoid this. For God's sake, we have never fallen in this type of trap before. So think about it before going there.
