My dad has a 2000 Javelin Renegade 19 almost identical to this one with a 150HP Johnson outboard. It's been great to us.

I’ve got this same boat in dual console and a 175 Johnson, and mine doesn’t get on plane anywhere near that fast, so I think I got something wrong

Your probably running a higher pitch mine is a 19p, since I’m always fishing shallow. I have a 26p also .

@@JWFishing434 running a 24p raker 3-blade, which has been standard in every forum I’ve read. Did a pad to prop measurement and found it was 3/16” off from 3.5”, not sure how much of a difference that’ll make, but adjusted the jack plate. Hoping to test it out soon

I stopped using MTB and switched to monsterbass. They give you full packs of soft plastics and known name brands of baits and lure
