Nice, nice, very nice. However, you can google Weedborn and learn how to treat it easily.

Could you add a tiny subject bit on the show title? For example for this video "passion, purpose and intention". This is important to me because that way I don't have to click on the video to access the episode information for it. Why? Because I don't know the interviewee. When I review my HISTORY, I am more likely to rewatch if the subject reminds about the content of the video. I am reviewing HISTORY right now to delete or move videos to my playlists.

I LOVE to dance! I never really thought of it in the "ugly awkward" way, but dancing did tremendously build up my confidence! Forces me to be social and get more comfortable with my body.

I love ugly awkward dancing. I call it Pheobe Dancing, hehehe, refrencing the episode of Friends when Pheobe would run like a little kid all wacky and not cool like Rachel. It's a great way to shift your energy and I can totally see how it will bring in confidence! Great video!

I find that if a woman says no to something she feels obligated to give a long drawn-out explanation of why she can't do what was asked of her. But I learned this from a client and It's great advice...."NO is a complete sentence." You are not obligated to explain your decision. Love that!
@courageousself-care1896 жыл бұрын
Absolutely, I agree with that. It can be hard to leave it at no, but that's really all that needs to be conveyed.

What a wonderful topic and great suggestions! I love asking Is this a heck yes? If it's not, its a heck no. I like your spin on this...am I doing this out of obligation? I rarely do anything out of obligation now. What I struggle with somewhat is saying no in a compassionate way...especially with people who ask things of me over and over. Perhaps using, that won't work for me today may be another way to do it?
@courageousself-care1896 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching and commenting Kim :) I like your idea to say that won't work for me today. Another thing I say is, "Let me check in for a moment... I'm getting a clear no from my body," (or from my Angels). Who can argue with what your body or angels say? :)
