The only human cause of this is not Climate Change. It’s new construction. A new construction can change drainage drastically if not researched ahead of time… for miles of pre existing areas. South Florida is growing too rapidly. To prove it, show any change in coastline that has happened?!

The hurricanes will be back in FL. It’s hard for me to justify much higher insurance rates. Or the real possibility of not being able to get insurance. Are you by chance preparing to SELL a bunch of your FL properties?

"Fraud"? You give ONE example of what you consider fraud based on misleading inaccurate and false statement of "insurance forms state that within 250miles you have a right to make a claim". Did you know the all risk HO-3 Universal policies you write insure for damage to roofs and interior by a rainstorm if the roof leaks and there is no requirement for there to be a named storm? Please provide the name of the Public Adjuster handing out "100.00 am. exp. gift certificates". If you can't, then this is another false and slanderous comment. According to you, homeowners in the last 80 years in the tri-county area never had sudden and accidental leaks from sinks and toilets or if they have them it is fraud because they hired a Public Adjuster. This is pure gibberish w/o any basis. You casually omit legal fees in excess of a billion dollars as if the hundreds of thousands of lawsuits filed is not an issue. Why do you have a bug up your ass with the Public Adjusters? Is it because you are no longer able to continue to gouge your clients with outrageous premiums and allow them to get lowballed and abused with 10cents on the dollar for their real damages from the carriers you represent when there is no Public Adjuster involved.? All detrimental to the clients you purport to serve in favor of the carrier. B.S. You only are concerned with preserving premium loss ratio and your agency profit and could care less about your clients the policyholders. You are not loyal to the client and are nothing more then a puppet of your master the insurance carrier.
