Bawumia only tells lies and jokes. He's no good to crisis-hit Ghana. For solutions: industries, jobs and cash, VOTE ALAN PRESIDENT!!! GHANA WILL RISE AGAIN!!!

Bawumia has no solutions for the crisis-hit economy. But for the last-ditch, crucial, advice from Alan Kyerematen, to seek IMF's bridge loan, Ghana's economy would have totally collapsed by now, with riots and looting in the streets. THANK GOD FOR ALAN GHANAIANS, GET READY: VOTE ALAN PRESIDENT. GHANA WILL RISE AGAIN.

President Nana Addo is an inspiration not just to the Ghanians but for all of us Africans. His life, his politics, and indeed his humanitarianism is an admirable model. Wishing him Allah's continued blessings here and hereafter. He is one leader I find truly patriotic and public-spirited.

I AM WHO I AM. I'M an AFRICAN AMERICAN And in RESPECT TO The Vice president who spoke about The Energy sector! I would like too say on that subject, what about Africans solving our problems? There is an African who created an Airplane and car only using Energy being harnessed by Radio waves! I believe we should protect our Brilliant Minds and do like you said about Investing in our Future with our Children's mind and receiving God's Gifts that are given to us through these Wonderful Mind's. Let's Harness wat God has given them and We won't have too spend billions of dollars on Energy when The MOST HIGH GIVES US BLESSINGS LIKE THESE MIND'S!

We cannot keep exporting our natural resources in their raw state. It is time for Africa to start adding value to their raw materials on the continent and build industries, create jobs, improve local skills and talents and grow the economy.

27:42 This is why the African Union (AU) needs to operate through a system of supranational institutions and intergovernmental-negotiated decision making by the member states. It should aim to bring about the coordination of member states' economic policies, a single market in which goods and people move freely, and common policies on trade, agriculture, fisheries, and regional development. Here are some of the key areas of integration the African Union should adopt: Economic integration: The AU should have a single market, which means that goods, services, capital, and people can move freely between member states. The AU should also have a common currency, the afro, which should be used by the 54 member states. Political integration: The AU should have a number of common institutions, including the African Parliament, the Council of the African Union, and the African Commission. These institutions will make decisions on a range of issues, including trade, agriculture, and foreign policy. Legal integration: The AU should have a common legal framework, which is based on the treaties that established the AU and on the decisions of the AU's courts. This legal framework will ensure that there is a level playing field for businesses and individuals across the AU. Social integration: The AU should have a number of policies that aim to promote social integration. These policies will aim to create a more cohesive and inclusive society within the AU. Cultural integration: The AU should have a number of policies that aim to promote cultural integration. These policies will aim to create a more diverse and vibrant cultural landscape within the AU. One single Currency: African Union needs to create a single currency. Some of the benefits include: Increased trade and investment: A single currency would make it easier for businesses to trade and invest across Africa. This would help to boost economic growth and create jobs. Reduced transaction costs: A single currency would reduce the cost of exchanging currencies. This would make it cheaper for businesses to do business with each other and for consumers to buy goods and services from other countries. Increased price stability: A single currency would help to stabilize prices across Africa. This would make it easier for businesses to plan for the future and for consumers to budget their spending. Enhanced financial integration: A single currency would help to integrate Africa's financial markets. This would make it easier for businesses to raise capital and for investors to access new markets. Increased political cooperation: A single currency would be a symbol of unity and cooperation among African countries. This could help to promote peace and stability on the continent. Increased political influence: A single currency would give Africa a greater voice on the world stage. This could help to promote Africa's interests and to achieve its development goals. Increased foreign investment: A single currency would make Africa a more attractive destination for foreign investment. This would bring in new capital and help to boost economic growth. Increased bargaining power: A single currency would give African countries more bargaining power in international trade negotiations. This could help to secure better deals for African exports. Attracts tourists. A single African currency can make it easier for tourists to travel to different parts of the continent. This can lead to increased tourism, which can help to boost economic growth.

26:48 There are several benefits for African countries to add value to their rare minerals, natural resources, and raw materials rather than simply exporting them: Economic Diversification: By adding value to their resources, African countries can diversify their economies beyond reliance on commodity exports. This reduces vulnerability to price fluctuations in global commodity markets and helps foster a more stable and sustainable economic base. Job Creation: Value addition processes often require skilled labor, technology, and infrastructure, which can create employment opportunities. By moving up the value chain, African countries can generate more jobs, reduce unemployment rates, and improve the livelihoods of their citizens. Increased Revenue: When raw materials are processed and transformed into higher-value products, their market price tends to increase. This can result in higher export earnings and revenue for African countries, contributing to economic growth and development. Technology Transfer and Skills Development: Value addition processes often require advanced technology, knowledge, and expertise. By engaging in these activities, African countries can attract foreign investment, promote technology transfer, and develop local skills and capabilities in various industries. Industrial Development: Developing industries that add value to natural resources can contribute to the growth of a country's manufacturing sector. This promotes industrialization, diversifies the economy, and helps build a more robust and self-sufficient industrial base. Sustainable Development: Adding value to resources can support sustainable development practices. African countries can prioritize environmentally friendly and socially responsible methods of resource utilization, ensuring long-term sustainability while minimizing negative impacts on the environment and local communities. Knowledge and Innovation: Engaging in value addition activities requires research, innovation, and knowledge generation. This can stimulate scientific and technological advancements within African countries, fostering a culture of innovation and contributing to their overall development. Increased economic development: By adding value to their resources, African countries can create more jobs and boost their economies. Reduced dependence on foreign aid: By generating more revenue from their own resources, African countries can reduce their reliance on foreign aid. Increased self-reliance: By adding value to their resources, African countries will be able to become more self-reliant and less vulnerable to fluctuations in the global market. Improved environmental sustainability: By processing their own resources, African countries can reduce the environmental impact of exporting raw materials. Overall, by adding value to rare minerals, natural resources, and raw materials, African countries can unlock significant economic, social, and environmental benefits, leading to more inclusive and sustainable development.

Funny the comments section is lined up with sycophants praising this very lousy guy who just like his boss the president of Ghana says one thing to the media and practices another thing. Is this not the same guy that has superintended the collapse of the Ghanaian economy such that the country is basically on its knees only hanging on to hopes of an IMF bailout? Now Ghana is in the league of Sri Lanka and Zambia with highly unsustainable debt levels underpinned by corruption and wasteful public expenditure instead of real capital projects of a self financing nature. Ghana is facing an environmental and water crisis as the current government is complicit in overseeing the destruction of forests and waterbodies through illegal mining by persons with strong ties to government. You know what happens when you leave a toddler in an empty room with a bucket of paint and brush? Complete mess - that is the situation in Ghana now, galloping inflation on the back of currency printing by the central bank, falling value of the cedi, corruption everywhere, wastage of all the funds accrued during the covid 19 pandemic. These guys can barely point to anything positive since 2020 when they were re-elected. It will be good for the Africa Policy Journal to focus on persons driving real change on the continent rather than persons that pretend to do so.

We pray Bawumia delays his Presidency aim so we can use him more in what he is good at in the area of digitalisation for Ghana and Africa as a whole for the next 4 to five years. That is why I have suggested NPP to adapt Ken to enhance the economic Leadership to Business Administration in the next five years. Where as Bawumia remains in his area as the best Vice President to handle what he is best to achieve for Ghana then we could bring Him on to make Ghana as one of the greatest in Africa. Think about this great idea for Ghana. Thanks
