That riff at 7:10 is absolutely bonkers. The only riff that beats it, is the same riff (but more intense) at 9:34. This album is insane.

My first time hearing about this was when I listened to WNYC in a car and they were talking about this particular compilation of electronic music. I got the original 3-CD release. Later, Ellipses Arts released a newer version with a bonus DVD. So, I sold the 3-CD version and got the newer one. I also got the 7-volume "An Anthology of Noise and Electronic Music."

I'll have to check those out, thank you! "Joy in Fear" by Goat from Japan is also a great and strange record from 2023! We had it on the channel but the artist respectfully requested for it to be removed, so it may be difficult to locate but truly worth the effort to listen!

Just discovered your tracks coming back from the hospital were my companion is getting rest after alerts of blood pressure being too high - she'll be giving birth within the next 2 or 3 weeks. Coming back home alone under a dark grey and rainy sky was not the happiest time to say the least but turning up the volume of my old amplifier and spread your music at home is like a balm for my soul.
