Thanks so much. A couple reasons why your new sensors may not be lighting up is because: 1. They’re bad (even if they’re new, sometimes one or both can be bad. 2. You have a pinched or cut wire somewhere. 3. They’re not wired properly into the back of the motor. 4. They could be out of alignment. Give those troubleshooting ideas a try and let me know if that helps.

My green one is slowly flashing but the red one is rapidly flashing. I will check wiring

No, coming to FL from NY definitely not efficient. We can ship you some of our lubricant if you want though 😉 Lithium attracts dirt and you want as little dirt as possible in all moving parts. I recommend ours, of course, but, if you look in your nearest hardware store specifically for a garage door lubricant without lithium or silicone, you should be fine. 😃

Yeah we used a hand grinder with a diamond blade to make the straight cuts, but we had to use the hammer drill to take out the last little bit and…well…I kinda failed 😂
