This is my 2025 year card.... @dina another great video. I was thinking about your reference to change being a transformation and it taking time...grief takes time. I think this concept of grief goes with change too. You sometimes have to grieve during a change which is why it's important to acknowledge it takes time. Thanks again.

Allowing yourself to feel the grief over the loss, and the space to find meaning and value in the experience is also part of the process.
