Tonight one swat on my bed. I slept, but I think it was OOBE. Who are you- I asked two times, but she didn't answer. Then all of her hair Has fallen on bed and floor and she told: Gabriela- my doughter's name. I woke up. IT was not scary, but very powerfull. Nowe I search something about her.

Definitely not in the top three, those go to: 1. J. R. R. Tolkien 2. G. R. R. Martin 3. Andrzej Sapkowski

Tbh, I don't consider him the greatest horror writer/novelist of all time. I love his work and he certainly has a mastery of the craft, but there are writers throughout history in multiple different medias that just do it better than him. As for fantasy? He's not even in my top twenty. Like I said, I'm a huge fan of his work, but there are people in today's writing world, and throughout history that are just objectively better writers than him in the genre. He's a master, obviously. But there are masters and then there are legends.

I loved the Black Company books and bet I'd love to see Jim's take on that kind of series given how much I've loved his Dresden series. I dearly want to live long enough to see his spinoff (or more than one?) come out and roll along for a good while.

Jim may not realize Dresden Files already has people shaking their friends telling them to read it. That's how I started, albeit they said I could start with any individual casefile at least on the first books, which is how I started... With Changes.
