New Rule! USE A PRODUCT PROPERLY, WHICH IS GOING BY THE DIRECTIONS ON THE PACKAGE & IN THE INSTRUCTIONS! Not picking & choosing which part of the instructions you are going to omit,or going along with other you tubers saying they skipped part 3, which is the useful part of the Color Fix helping to alert you if you got years of color that has built on in your hair or do you need to reapply Step 1 & 2 again. You could see by the color was was being lifting out, but being you didn't use step 3, if you need to do it one more time or if Step 3 has lifted all it is or could you made. It's true just because one has a channel, doesn't mean they even know why a third of the product they paid for she chose not to even use.

I had a feeling that oil would help with color rather than all the videos telling us to take these weird chemicals Nac L something or other glutathion gallons of wheat grass blaH ! one guy recommended some amino acid which a user said turned his skin orange ! also that stuff could damage your liver or give cancers they dont know what they are doin its all experimental so YOUR video is great and not dangerous at all for sure so thank you jennifer great advice!

I did not even know you could remove it by peeling off the fiberglass tape. I would wear goggles, a mask and gloves though so any fiberglass dust doesn't go into my eyes or nose.

Your hair and skin looks amazing. I ❤ and support natural beauty. You look gorgeous and fresh and are glowing. I got tired of dying my own hair, tired of the process, the smell and the mess. I dreaded seeing greys pop up cos it meant i had to dye it. So i decided to watch a whole lot of utube vids about women embracing the grey and I cut my long hair short, grew out my colour ...now my hair is long and pepper grey. It is a bit brittle and fly away but I feel free now. Im thinking of getting some bangs and maybe layering my hair to give it a lift and some bounce. I was tempted to dye it again but no cos if i go back then it will take me longer to transition again to virgin grey. I dont want all those chemicals absorbed through my scalp anymore.

So did the viviscal turn your hair curly?Strange that this product has zinc kn it but no copper. Copper is crucial for hair. Wonder if that's the reason one of the amazon reviews talked about very bad side effect
@blueskythinking8312 Жыл бұрын
My grandparents are from a southern state in India. They never use chemical shampoos on the hair and always keep the hair covered with some amount of coconut oil. People there had great hair until the recent advent of shampoos and chemical hair straightening. It's a well known fact there that coconut oil is a coolant for the scalp and prevents grays. Anything that's heaty is considered bad for hair
@syuashine16452 ай бұрын
If your grandparents not use shampoo, what they use to wash their hair after using coconut oil? How long do they use the oil before washing it?
Thank you 🙏, I have the same cast on my leg and I have to get it removed tmr but I can’t find any physiotherapy places that do that for us.

It's actually rosemary oil that can help restore the natural hair color but only from the root.. what's grown out gray will stay gray unless colored.. rosemary oil is wonderful for hair growth and restoring natural color.

I just can’t believe how a person can be so non sensical to remove the cast all by herself without any medical intervention ….. besides all people commenting in affirmative, that’s insane …. There is reason why people become orthopaedic doctors …. Don’t play with your health ….

Me personally I don’t have health insurance and I broke my wrist back in June been in a cast all summer and I’ve had to pay every single medical bill and co-pay out of pocket. It’s expensive as duck. If I can avoid having to pay another 500 plus dollars I will. I know they tell people not to do this but just speaking as a person who has to pay out of pocket, if I can cut my costs I’m going to

I've been struggling with planter fasciitis for a year and a half and was finally running to grab a phone a few days ago and took an odd pivot step and heard a pop. Looks like my foot blew out and have an odd lump near the bottom/side. Didn't go to the ER cause I had a feeling I knew what might have happened, waited to see my podiatrist who has given me cortisone shots in the past and without any MRI or ultrasound he said I ruptured it. Told me I did myself a favor and it should heal and never have pain again. Told me to get in a boot for 3 weeks and no running or jumping for 2 months. I have a hard time believing all this but here I am. Tempted to see an ortho just to be sure, but again I know there is no cure and easy fix for it so not sure if I should bother.

Yep you got a free plantar release! A complete tear Heals better than micro tears ! That’s why sometimes when you’re over active with plantar fasciitis it hurts more but then it starts healing /feeling better than before

Exact same thing is happening to me: I’m on day 30 of 35 of my right arm being in a cast owing to breaking a bone in my hand. I’ve had casts before but this one is driving me absolutely insane, time is frozen still and getting this thing off is my only constant recurring thought. It’s real body-horror level stuff.
