I suppose it would be fine for pottable water if you purchased a new unused nozzel that hasn't had fuel run through it yet just to be safe.

If the valve cover is off, with the engine running, you should see a strong pulsing of oil coming out of each injector. If you don't see it on one particular injector, try pushing on the connector and also push and wiggle the wires going into the connector. If you start getting a pulse of oil, your connector is bad. If the injector still doesnt fire it could also be that the o rings on the injector are bad and its bypassing oil to your fuel tank. look in your tank with a flashlight and if the diesle looks black you will need to re seal the injector. also I had a bad connection on my harness at the connector that goes through the valve cover as well

I bought a brand new harness from accurate diesle and it was junk out of the package. that is actually what I was repairing in the video. New harness means nothing! My issues were all over the map and intermittent because the wires in the connectors at the injector floated around so much that they would break contact intermittently or all of a sudden its dead injector completely. I believe that its a full time voltage on one lead with a ground pulse on the other. im not sure of the voltage reading.

Every brand or model baler can be different, some newer ones have computerized sensors. This baler was a simple power and return circuit. You just have to figure out how your circuit works.

You bet! I used it bailing all this year and it worked flawlessly. I hate having to be bound to purchasing parts from manufacturers, its expensive. I figure if I can save some money, why not pass the info along!

Ty's Projects the sensors are factory installed for the original monitor, i am just using them as they were originally intended. The monitor isn't very complex but most people would never think to make one!
