Yes. I recommend you look at the CDC guideline from USA or talk to your primary care doctor. If you take it, be conscious of drinking adequate amount of fluids with electrolytes. Training also is advisable. Have fun. The medications are prescribed by your provider. Also, if you live in a high elevation area, you might just need the ibuprofen but I recommend talking to your primary care provider.

I use to sit on the Sea Wall in Kailua Kona and there would be maybe 10 cars an hour. Pretty diference nowdays.

Is there a trail going up both sides of the valley? One for tourists and the other side is a lot more difficult. Black sand beach. I was there in 1989. Scored some fantastic weed from a local guy that was born in Texas. Met him walking back up the other side, then gave him a ride to a local store. Great memories
