I have a small suggestion (hope you don’t mind): If this is an assignment, I would appreciate couple sentences at the beginning explaining what dopamine regulates in our brains (in general). I am not sure how many of the general public knows what dopamine does as a neuro-transmitter (if one is not in the medical or scientific field).
意外聽到你的演講,很清楚跟笑容好棒!也讓我們在這個實在太容易被干擾的工作生活下,了解Deep work, be efficient😁

From my menor, Pastora Dear Selma, Thank you for the writing! Today I had a bad day and I really needed it, perhaps you felt it. I think you are a great example for me. As a mother and wife, I think you are amazing, you are so dedicated to your family, very much like my mother was but at the same time you are an excellent individual in your own right.

All your dreams and achievements will surface or are already surfacing and I am sure it's because you learnt so much from being a mother and a wife. You learnt about sacrifice, devotion, altruism, and for me the most important an ultimate achievement, that you learnt to love something so much (your daughters) and gave so much that they forever will feel blessed!

I don't quite know how to describe that in words but when my mother passed I realised that she loved me so much that I felt so special and so privileged. She gave me a confidence that on a bad day like today I forget and need to dig in deep and recover. Thank you dear friend for your wonderful writing and for teaching me to walk this wonderful road of motherhood. Love you very much! Pastora Pastora Sorensen Miyaoka
