If you don't put your windows down often, the motor can get stuck. Remove the interior door panel and hit the inside of the door panel at the bottom where the motor is with a rubber mallet while pressing the down button. 90% of the time, this will get the motor working again. Run it up and down a couple of times and remember to open your windows every so often. My Back windows rarely get open so I've had to do this a couple of times.

Thanks for the video. Something happened to your removal and installation portion of the video. Like most people, my window was stuck up. I was able to rap the motor with a hammer to get the motor to temporarily operate. If that doesn't work then maybe try to cut the cables to make the white plastic lifter piece to come down far enough to allow the top bolt to come out for removal.

Bro skipped the removal and installation step come on. At the beginning said this was a step by step.

I have the same problem with my rear window not going down, but I rarely use the back window. Did your window regulator/motor go bad with little to minimum use?
