i already visit langkawi many times. But mainly for cenang beach, kuah jetty and cable car. the are also another islands during island hoping. but not yet kilim geopark.

Langkawi is very very very hot. As Malaysian, i hate it.

2:45 pro tips: you can always customize your drinks to your liking For example, you can ask for less sweet / "kurang manis" We also have different "codes" for each customization, for example: - "O" : means drink without condensed milk, with sugar..for example Milo is normal milo with milk, while Milo O is milo with sugar instead - "Kosong" : kosong literally means Zero, means no sugar no condensed milk - "Kaw/Gaw" : means stronger flavour, so Milo Kaw means Milo with more Milo flavour - "Ping/Peng/Beng" : literally means ice We also have codes for dishes..for example if you want your roti canai served with loads sauce on top of it, you can say "Banjir" which literally means flood.

That bird is Asian Koel. There is interesting story related to the bird, it said that when they find their mate it is forever and when one passes the other one dies of loneliness 😢. But that’s just a mating call I think 😂

When in Langkawi, it's most enjoyable to rent a bike and tour the entire island and make pit stops to rest and eat. There are many Warungs that sell Malay style mix rice that offers so many choices of dishes that it'll make you want to try everything!😂😂😂

U can ask for “kurang manis” i.e. less sugar I would most of the time ask for “kosong”, i.e. no sugar. Coz the restaurant use the same utensil which has some sugar residue, it could be a bit sweet “Kurang manis” or “kosong” is at the last of ur order, i.e. if u wan milk tea without sugar, it’s teh kosong…. If coffee less sugar, it’s kopi kurang manis

Good to see you exploring Malaysia, so I have some idea where to stay or what we can expect to see. It’s weird though that nowadays (like everywhere) one has to pay more for drinks than a whole food dish.

Well, imo JDT is not the best football club in Asia but it IS among the Top 20 in the continent. On the flip side however, JDT is one of the reasons why the Malaysia Super League is extremely predictable and boring to watch. Though to be fair to JDT, the Johor crown prince made serious investment efforts for the club, which coupled with the fact that most other Malaysian football clubs aren't really investing at all (except for Selangor), JDT is effectively an EFL League One / Two-level club playing in a National League-quality football league.
