Brother the best time in Dominica 2000 to 2009 and since then 15 percent taxes intended for 5 years , that after Mrs Pierre Charles from grand bay, since then Dominica is in reverse, economic wise the country is not even in the race with her sister caricom island, incompetency and corruption has savaged the last little bit of integrity there was.still the country man and woman are in slumber, refusing to see the truth doesn't make you blind but makes people see the wickness, the only reason why Dominicans keeping a government like that it's because they believe in seeing their brother and sister bellow them, someone who always grappling with poorverty.
