I hate this type of reporting. Everyone is giving a description of what they saw, and then you get a biologist who assumes he knows more than other people killing all of their stories. He's a young guy who studied books, but not life experiences. He probably thinks the footprint is faked by these women. How insulting. There is lots of evidence he is ignoring, and he shouldn't have been included in this story.

Another case of an innocent victim (Daniel Chong) left 5 days in a cell without food or water. The guards "say" they forgot about him. WHAT A LIE. Poor kid almost died. Now he has permanent damage to his vital organs. Nothing can compensate him for this heinous crime by law enforcement--How corrupt it was! After 5 times visiting China, I felt loved and respected from them. They are always friendly towards americans. Don't listen to the media, they lie. And I always felt safe in China.

they dint want to criminalize white people, because it hurts thier constituents, so they rule it a suicide. If they drove a black guy to death, im pretty sure there wouldve been more outrage.

Sacrifices? More like war crimes, American troops are better at killing allied soldiers and innocent civilians, than the enemy.

One of the many reasons I don't think highly of the American military. If I meet a veteran that was forced to fight, then I will thank them, if not, then I won't thank them.

To have a understanding of the big picture. Pvt. Chen died only a couple of miles where SSG Bales killed 16 afghan civilians. Panjwai was and is a very contested area. The Platoon Pvt. Chen belong to had a few WIA including amputees. War sometimes brings out the worst in people. I wish more Americans knew about the sacrifices the men and women made in Panjwai Afghanistan. Rip Pvt. Chen.

Discussedingly, from what I read on wikipedia(supposedly the latest update resource) on the murdering barbarians involved, the judicial system went soft on them-SHAME on the courts- Sound like a big fat cover-up. These 8 murdering punks need 25 years in Leavonworth prison at Hard, Hard labor, Dishonorable Discharge with at least 5 felony counts(1st degree murder, torturing with cruel and unusual punnishment with intent to cause harm, and lieing to cover up, RIP Danny

Supposedly the U.S. Army is a military branch that accepts any applicants from different races and backgrounds. But it was those 8 soldiers who mistreated and misbehaved to discomfort and discriminate Pvt. Chen. Surely not all soldiers act the same, however yes, there are obstacles you gotta face. But still those 8 soldiers were charged. I wasn't sure if Chen was made fun of becoz of attitude or his race/ethnicity.

R.I.P Danny. Your supporters will pursue justice for you.It must of been depressing to discover the real enemy is your own unit. Btw, he did blow off the ignorant jibes, but what he couldn't laugh off was being dragged outta bed and tortured by his fellow comrades and even commanding officers.

@hohohee1 I experienced racial discrimination for 9 years. I understand it all too well. Well enough to tell that you don't know what you're talking about. Sure, everyone's confident they can go through it initially. But eventually, you break down. It wasn't the insults that drove him to suicide, read up more and you'll understand. Esp if a person is forced to run miles while carrying sandbags and having rocks flung at them and have to resume guard duties the very same day. can't think properly

based on the evidence and his diary, and parent, he didnt have any reason to commit suicide, he was found in a guard tower alone, this means two things, he was kill or he commited suicide and his platoon didnt help out this is horrible
