This PwL Choon can't be takin seriously .I don't think that was the Aim of the Lyrics " meaning Acid dance pop is all a Young generation wanted in 1988/ to go & buy ,But the Video is Filmed most around the Pier Head & Albert Dock Edward Gardener Ship & Singing About Rock & Roll & Heavy Metal Golden Oldies in a " Music City Like Liverpool ,all that music they sing about is what made Liverpool ... just a big fun from Stock Aitken ' Waterman ,a little bit too much of a Parody at themselves ." More like what everyone else other than Young People who bought the PwL Hot factory records Remixes as well .the other people were the older People were not buying these PwL songs because they were wanting something else like Acid House & Rave Techno Hardcore which came just shortly after this " Jacking your Body " Era .. that isg thought on if from what I remember the PWL days of Dominating the Chart's ..." This is One Song more than I don't care if people still slag it off " I think it's still cool " even now " I've got a 12inch Vinyl in my PwL Housey sounding Choons...But this Choon is Part Of What Music Means to Liverpool including Beatles ,the Las ,The Farm " Sonia Evans ' Space etc naming only a few ! I used to buy PwL stuff up until I drifted over to House Music . So Love " Id Rather jack " & the Video & Trendy Look & Vibrant Colours "Filming Location Dancing looks like " Scouce Aerobics 😅 ...

For years the chorus was stuck in my head but as i hadn't listened to the song in so long it morphed into "You'll always find me at the Kitchenette Parties"

Did the British censors have an issue with Kevin showing his underarms? lol. He tends to keep them down more on tv shows as opposed to the video.

I absolutely loved Darts. Still do. This gem is often on my playlists. They had such a presence on stage. This is high energy, quality stuff and they look like they're having a total blast. Thing is, they "arrived" right in the middle of the Punk/New Wave (and Disco) era, yet did very well. Pure class and Rita Ray, sexy and sassy as they come. I'm gay and _I_ fancy her! 😉😉 I'm sure I read, a while back, that she's still going strong and living in Brighton. Sad that there's so little information around about her!

I need more music like this in my life. I feel like it should be muzak or Muzik or in some category by itself.

The keyboard instrumental sounds very much like style councils speak like a child which was probably released years later,I suspect Paul Weller nicked the backing track
