I still have my 2017. 100K and never had a problem. I might consider trading it in for this though.

Sitting in a room by yourself with a mask on and showing old trucks and artist sketches with NO details?? I'll be more interested when details are released. Thanks.

if you noticed the new Malibu it has been stretched to the same length as the Impala would have been a nice car but with only a 1.5 turbo forget it

Chevrolet needs a performance vehicle to replace the Camaro in NASCAR. The newly designed 2025 Impala SS would do just fine for us Bow Tie fans. Been a Chevy fan all of my adult life. Not many cars are still made by automobile manufactures. Yes, a performance sedan would the perfect replacement for the Camaro in NASCAR.

Since Chevrolet is making no cars anymore, give the concept drawings to the Chinese. They'll build it...

I don't love it. It still reminds me of the Chevy Lumina, not the bloodline of the Impala. Chevy turned that car into an American import. It looks more Japanese than American. Impala needs to get back to its roots if it's to make a successful comeback. I'm not saying it needs to have a bulging hood and pointy tail fins on the rear quarter panels. But Impala was a full sized sports car with a V8 engine that just happened to also be a family sedan. It was a car fit for a man to be a dad and still have fun in. It had certain things that defined its heritage. The lines, the grill, the stance, the triple tail lights! Chevrolet dropped all of that and said, "How can we make this car look like all the other ones out there?" And that's what they gave us. Dodge didn't dominate the market just because they were building the most powerful engines the world had ever seen in regular production cars. No! It was because the Challenger LOOKED like a Challenger! The Charger LOOKED like the Charger! Dodge got it right! It was the right balance of modernization, innovation, power, and American style! Chevy missed the boat, and now they're trying their best to sink that little dingy they're on! They don't have anything worth looking at or wanting on the market! I wish they would stop trying to build American versions of Japanese cars and go back to being just American! Instead of trying to redefine its heritage, Chevy needs to find it again.

If the Impala, and that is a BIG IF! Comes back on the market as a car and not some sort of SUV, It would probably be as a platform mate of the Buick Electra or Wild Cat.

If GM is going to turn out just ONE automobile that isn't an SUV, I would rather it be Buick Wildcat concept car.

Looks like hundreds of other " cookie cutter" sedans. Is it a Honda, Lexus, Toyota, Mazda, Accura , the new Chevy just blends right in . Nothing special looks wise.

Bringing back the Impala after being discontinued, is like bringing back the Indian motorcycle, now made by Polaris. Basically a rank obscenity.

Only if it has a 1.0 liter two cylinder engine. Of course im kidding but knowing Chevy theyd do it. Hey chevy and all car companies, enough with the tiny turbo engines.

Your renderings bring hope and inspiration to a new generation of the iconic Chevrolet Impala SS. Unfortunately, CEO Mary Bara & upper management seem to have lost their way in the automotive landscape. She’s beating the farm on EVs when no one wants or buys them. And then you wonder why the Asian car manufacturers have eaten GMs lunch….a once proud USA corporation doesn’t have any gasoline in its veins anymore…,

G.M. needs to put some go power, back into their cars, nice looking bones, but, without the go juice, it loses appeal. Letting the government dictate policy, will not put American cars in the garage. Put muscle, and design back into the car, and G.M. will put dollars in the Bank. When the government, along with China, etc., take over the American car companies, what's left? How about nothing but fond memories, called the good old days!
