Did you know that the music is about three Breton sailors who traveled to what would become New France, which was nicknamed la Terre-Neuve (the Newfoundland) before being the name of a province much later? It was mainly the Bretons who founded and colonized New France, which today would become the Province of Quebec. So the majority of Québécois and also Acadians are of Breton origin. Quebec French has preserved many Gallo expressions, a langue d'Oïl spoken in Brittany.

Superbe version, cependant, en tant qu'amateur de remix epic/orchestral je ferai la critique suivante : Il manque la présence des cuivres pour rajouter de la profondeur à la version et de quelques bois. Je pense au picolos ou fifre, aux trompettes et tubas et surtout aux trombones. Il manque aussi des percussions, une bonne idée serait de rajouter une caisse claire ou un tambour militaire pour justement le coté militaire, et des timbales pour rajouter un air imposant, pour le poids de l'Histoire, et ça serait parfait je pense super boulot à vous en tout cas.
