Can you please emphasize exactly when you put the meat inside oven fist, second, and third time what was the temperature and was the heat from up or down

Thank you for your comment! Here's the breakdown: First Time: Meat goes in at 180°C with top and bottom heat. Second Time: No adjustments, just keep it cooking at 180°C. Third Time: Same temperature, same setup. Enjoy your meal
