Hey man fun and inspiring video for. Someone who just started a channel with a few of my friends. Revolving around drifting and building cars. I only have 1 video out so far. But a few already shot and stuck in editing limbo. Bmw actually don't have much head gasket issues it's usually cooling system components that fail and then the overheat takes out the head gasket. E36 and 46 especially. I have a 330i e46 drift build and a e28 turbo car that I built. We have a few s13 and mustang drift cars as well.

A magnet will remove about 50% of the ferrous particles from your oil. That's a huge improvement as ferrous particles are one of the major contaminants in oil. If you have an engine with less wear a magnet will remove less metal than an engine with more wear. Magnets are the poor mans answer to oil analysis: Use the oils and additives that prevent the most wear. 🙂 P.S. That thin film of metal on the plug can mislead you into thinking there's not that much wear. The magnet will pick up Fe in the 2~22 micron range... which a standard filter misses. These are the particles that cause the most wear... according to the SAE.

Hi Bobby, Thanks for the video, i've got the same issue but on cylinder #1. i hear the same knocking noise but on the opposite side of the engine with makes sense , i replaced all four spark plugs recently (before this happened) and i checked them they looked fine, also checked the injectors, no crazy carbon buildup or anything like that. as soon as i swapped the coil pack from #1 to #3 the knocking noise became different and louder but its still showing the p0301 code with is cylinder #1 misfire, i ordered now coil packs just in case because it looks a bit sus on that end, waiting for them to arrive right now.

OMG the Bluetooth is so garbage i. Factory head unit. I just imported a 2017 GT86 and getting my ohone to play music is hit and miss, pmus language Japanese only. Tomorrow i go install Kenwood unit. Over it #Could you not use the cars original antenna and Bluetooth plugs with an adapter? That reverse camera is awful, something not right with it.
