Love this tutorial and really want to learn this, but I have a few quesitons. First, how do I finger the G over C chord in this tuning? Is it the same as the first C chord you mentioned or do you add anything else? Second, what fingering are you using when playing the octaves? Only the 5th and 3rd string on the same fret? It's my first song in a (kind of) open G tuning. Thanks!!

Glad you're learning the song! If you're referring to the C/G chord, it is fingered with your index on the first fret of the 2nd string, and your middle finger on the 2nd fret of the 4th string, then make sure you mute the 6th string, which is tuned to a C. Oh and for your second question - yes - 5th and 3rd string same fret. Then mute the 4th string that is in between them. Hope this helps.
