You did well, Now learn to do that with the right and left foot and same for handball, right and left hand. Remember, girls and boys start playing this in primary school from the age of 5,6, and 7 years old. It is part of our DNA. Lean to run faster than anyone else on the oval while bouncing that ball, kick while you run and handball to a team mate. When I see you doing a specky I will be impressed. Sandy Australia

I had no idea you were an actual punter 😂 And if I’m ever looking for cleats I’ll make sure to check Jack … Jack! :)

When you hand pass it use end of your fist instead of trying to punch it like a volleyball player and hit your fist not on the point of the ball but just below it so when it leaves your habd it spins end on end like it does off the foot. When you kick it kick the ball when it's closer to the ground instead of a foot or two off the ground. It'll get away from you faster instead of a looping high kick. And kick thru the ball instead of just stopping at contact. Swing your leg/foot tgru the ball much like a baseball batter does when he uses a bat to hit the ball.

The Aussie has a more smooth lead up to the kick, he seems to me more energetic in this phase of the kick. It's had to tell exactly what is diffferent but after watching each kick I though the Aussie was much more natural at it. Which i suppose after kicking a football for 25 years, he is.

not scared about it getting caught and returned fast by a returner?
@IsaacACTUALLYPunts28 күн бұрын
Most returners are told not to catch anything over their head at the 10 yard line, plus the angle with it being close to the sideline is something most will avoid. Always be prepared if someone’s feeling frisky though

video idea: best aussie football positions to transition to punter
@billcook47683 ай бұрын
Suggested topic: We are seeing place kickers get hurt and teams being stuck without a decent emergency backup. Should every punter work on place kicking skills? Or should they focus all their effort on their primary job… punting.
