Plushies can become stiff when you have them for a long time. For example, I ordered a Toad plush in 2019 and it got stiff after almost 5 years

Thank you, now i know what kind of luigi i have, although he does have his hat placed in the wrong way, i can fix it. And yes, that IS the NSMB Wii luigi, he just looks a little weird cause he lacks a bit of the neck, probably by the way of how it was sent
