When taking on clients, do we set it up so that they are billed for the sms costs or do we pay it and factor that into our retainers?

@@JuanCarlos-o9t there’s is currently basic, inbound only, can’t book calls and costs extra money per sub account. Ours is unlimited sub accounts , unlimited use cases, does inbound and outbound and can be customized on multiple levels.

Is there any way to stop the AVA from repeating the person's entire name and place of business that they're calling from throughout the call, after they initially stated it? For example, if the name of the doctor at the doctor's office where the call is originating from is Dr. Katherine Johnson, instead of saying her full name every single time it mentions her name, can it instead just say Dr. Johnson? Seeing that in the initial introduction the doctor's full name and place of business was already mentioned. Saying the full name and business name over and over again throughout the call is EXTREMELY repetitive, and can get annoying. I know it's AI and not human, but just wondering of it can be programmed to do that. Other than that, I really like this technology.

Hi Cody, why do you say on KZbin that there's a 1-month trial on your diamond package, but on the site it's only for a week? How do you cancel your subscription, do you do it from your account or do you have to contact your support team? I've already had quite a few problems with this type of offer and I don't know how it all works with you.

@@objectifweb we changed it to a week trial a lil while back, older videos will mention a month since that’s what it used to be. The cancellation link is located at the top of every video in the course area.

It's weird, I'm not sure if it's because the video is older, but GHL pricing is actually very similar to GPT 4-o and mini these days. Even for conversational AI. Regarding the "context" and unexpected behavior, it's easily solvable with GHL's custom values.

I really want to sell DBR with my Conversational AI bots but I am incredibly worried about LC Phone's new mandatory warm up period. It's going to be very tricky guessing how many contacts will use how many messages. And trying to reach the limit each day to get to the next. But then having to wait 24 hours to send ANY texts. Not good when you've got leads on the line responding. Any ideas?
